This high-end advertising agency relocated to an eclectic and artsy neighborhood. The design concept of a town square brings all the departments together into a central location and utilizes the primary circulation space to house all the shared functions. Old materials and found objects along with sleek new materials provide the eclectic mix that celebrates the neighborhood. The company logo established a linear repetition and the palette. Exposed ceilings over the town square add interest and volume. Street lights on exposed columns add to the atmosphere. Open spaces and partial height walls provide the illusion of spaciousness in reduced square footage.
