Beagle Bagel Cafe, a locally owned restaurant serving Jackson for over 12 years, had plans to expand in the Jackson, MS area with two additional locations. CCD provided the Owners with a fresh design for interior and exterior public appeal. For one of the new locations, the Owner selected a space in a retail center oddly shaped and ‘locked’ by adjoining tenants. CCD provided a creative solution to provide two entrances for the public, meet the seating needs for the Owner, and design a functional kitchen and baking area all within an affordable budget, creating a successful opening for the owner.
