A collaborative effort with the membership of the Rainbow Whole Foods Cooperative transformed an old supermarket into their home, including a grocery, cafe, teaching art gallery, and computer cooperative. Through member contributions of labor and artistic talent, the space was furnished with custom light fixtures, decorative wall and ceiling finishes, handcrafted banquettes, and dining bar.
