Welcome to the ‘Cornerstone Café’. Methodist Rehabilitation Center wanted to update their cafeteria space within strict parameters without major construction. CCD's solution was to keep the footprint for the cafeteria the same and completely update all the finishes and furnishings. Screen Walls were added to better divide the Entry Corridor and Dining Area, and a single entry was placed into the Serving Area where a double-sided salad bar was incorporated. Accent colors of unique hues were used for the interiors in order to enhance one’s appetite, and different types of lighting played a key part in the renovation.
