As a new firm to the Jackson area, Balch & Bingham, LLP wanted to project a progressive image yet possess a sense of southern stability. Achieving the desired look included the use of rich wood panels in a satin aluminum grid system, vaulted ceilings with minimal detailing to moldings and trims, decorative architectural glazing at the clerestory and entrance doors, and the use of cove lighting with transitional wall sconces. Custom wood millwork with unique graining enhances the simple design of the reception desk. This transformation from ordinary office space to sleek corporate interior was accomplished in ten weeks.
