With an existing campus in need of room to grow, a generous benefactor provided 21 acres directly north of the existing campus. This beautiful piece of property located on the corner of Woodrow Wilson and North West Street is ideally suited to allow the Children's Home to grow. CCD was asked to immediately update the current master plan and include the new property. The result was the Jean Austin Bagley Campus, that will allow much needed facilities to be added over a period of year to address the needs of adolescent boys, girls, and young children. Phase 1 of the Master Plan includes three residential treatment cottages, Arts and Educational School Building, and play and exercise fields. Future phases are planned to include additional treatment cottages, expansion, and addition to the Arts and Education School Building, Administrative facilities, and Recreational facilities.
